Support Billing Accuracy and Revenue Operations
HIAAH is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Insurance Coordinator to support billing operations across a growing mental health practice.
This role is responsible for ensuring visits are accurately translated into billable claims, supporting both claim success and patient billing.
What You’ll Do
- Create accurate charge slips using provider documentation
- Perform detailed insurance eligibility verification
- Identify potential claim issues before submission
- Manage patient balances and conduct billing-related outreach
- Respond to patient billing inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations to resolve billing issues
- Support front-end staff in ensuring clean, billable data

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in medical billing, insurance, or healthcare admin
- Understanding of claims, copays, deductibles, and patient balances

- Part-Time
- 10-25 hours per week
- $20–$27/hour (based on experience)
Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
